Wine Review: This midnight violet colored Cabernet Sauvignon from Pina is one of the best 2013 Cabernet’s that we covered. It opens with a black currant bouquet with hints of blueberry and black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and juicy. The flavor profile is a delicious black currant with notes of oak and blueberry with a hint of minerality and chai tea. The finish is dry and moderate tannins that drift away nicely. This Cab was well received by all that tired it. It would pair perfectly with Stuart’s steak treats. Enjoy - Ken
