Wine Review: This clear colored Pinot Gris from Oregon opens with a mild apricot and tangerine bouquet with a hint of lychee. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, shows nice acidity and life. The flavor profile is a tangy lime with hints tangerine, peach and white pepper. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. I would serve it with swordfish kabobs. Enjoy - Ken
