Wine Review: This very pale straw-colored Pinot Blanc from Dutton Goldfield opens with a very fragrant floral bouquet with hints of lychee. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied, balanced and off-dry. The flavor profile is a ripe lychee and strawberry-kiwi blend. I also detected hints of white peach. The finish remains off-dry and its ripe fruit lingers nicely. This Pinot Blanc would pair well with Cioppino. (Classic San Francisco fish stew) – Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Vibrant aromas of peach, pear, and lemon zest lead, with pretty honeysuckle floral notes peeking out. The mouth is fresh with lemon/lime, nectarine, apricot, and pear, all carried on a lush texture, before finishing with an energizing lift.
