Wine Review: This coral and orange-tinged wine opens with a with a ginger ale, lime zest, and grenadine bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium plus bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced and silky with some zestiness after you swallow it. The flavor profile is a crushed stone minerality, tangerine and strawberry blend with notes of white pepper, rhubarb, and herbal tea. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely. I would serve this Rosé slightly chilled with asparagus risotto. Enjoy - Ken
